To apply for a scholarship at AltSchool, you need to complete a few important steps. First, make sure you have already applied and been accepted to AltSchool. Once you have completed the application and entrance assessment, and successfully finished the onboarding process, you will receive your Student ID. Without your Student ID, you won't be able to apply for an AltSchool Scholarship.

For now, we encourage applicants to apply to a maximum of two scholarships. Each scholarship has its own criteria and application process, so make sure to review the requirements and submit separate applications for each scholarship you wish to be considered for.

Yes, in most cases, you can apply for a scholarship at AltSchool without a guarantor. However, some scholarships may have specific eligibility criteria that require a guarantor. Make sure to carefully review the requirements for each scholarship you are interested in to determine if a guarantor is necessary.

Currently, the available scholarships are only open to incoming or newly-resumed students.

While a few scholarships may cover application fees, it's important to note that most scholarships do not typically cover application and certificate fees. If there are scholarships that cover all expenses, including application and certificate fees, this information will be clearly communicated on the specific scholarship's webpage. We advise applicants to carefully review the details of each scholarship to determine what expenses are covered.

Although we don't have specific scholarships exclusively for laptops, we do have a limited number of donated laptops available through our Scholarship Program. However, please note that the process for obtaining a laptop is separate from the general scholarship application. Details about the laptop application and selection process will be announced at a later date.

Deferring admission will result in the forfeiture of your scholarship. Your scholarship sponsor will be notified, and with their permission, the opportunity will be awarded to another recipient.

If the scholarship you are eligible for is currently closed, it means that the application period has ended. Unfortunately, you won't be able to apply for it at this time. We encourage you to keep an eye on our website and other communication channels for future scholarship opportunities. New scholarships may become available, and you can apply for them during their application period.

If you have used a discount code, your eligibility to apply for a scholarship is affected due to the substantial reduction in tuition fees offered by most discount codes, typically ranging from 40% to 50%. Therefore, the use of a discount code renders you ineligible to pursue a scholarship opportunity.
